The term “”information”” includes information of any kind and type, including all information stored by the application, including the IMEI number of the device, call history, call type (incoming, outgoing, missed), phone number (of the caller or the callee according to the direction of the call), contact person (if available on the device), start and end time of the call, call location data, specific information about the type of device, as well as verbal, visual, audio content, or any combination thereof and their design, processing, editing, distribution, and presentation, as well as the registration and documentation of call logs, contacts, meetings, and tasks as they appear on your device.”
“Collection and Use of Information:
The application collects information, stores it on BMBY Systems Software Ltd. servers, shares and distributes it, and makes it available within other software services provided by BMBY Systems Software and/or third parties. It is possible that other companies and organizations that advertise our services may offer you different services through various means.
The application you are about to install is intended to expand the range of services provided by various Bmby systems. It is known and agreed by you that the application will allow registration and documentation of call logs, contacts, meetings, and tasks as they appear on your mobile device. This information will be transferred and integrated as needed into your personal data system within the Bmby system and will be subject to the standard access permissions in the Bmby system.
The company is well aware of the importance of user data privacy and does not allow or initiate the transfer and/or disclosure of data except to authorized users by the customer.
Despite the above, Bmby Systems Software reserves the right to occasionally use geolocation data received from the mobile device for the purpose of providing online information services and location-based notifications regarding properties, sales opportunities, and advertising.
Please note that Google may, at any time and without prior notice, limit, interfere with, or prevent the use of the software, delete the software from your device, or require BMBY Systems Software Ltd. to make changes to the application.”
Terms of Use
You are permitted to use the application for lawful purposes only. It is explicitly prohibited to send spam or engage in any form of advertising contrary to the law.

You may not operate or enable the operation of any computer application or other means, including crawlers, robots, and similar software, for the purpose of searching, scanning, copying, or automatically retrieving information stored by the application.
“The user of the application is responsible for ensuring that viruses do not penetrate the system they are using. It is the user’s responsibility to take all necessary measures to safeguard their password and unique code that provides access to the information.

The availability of the service.
B.M.B.Y Information Systems Ltd. does not undertake that the application’s activity will not be disrupted, or that it will be continuous or error-free, secure from unauthorized access, or immune from damages, disruptions, malfunctions, or failures – all in hardware, software, communication lines, application, other BMBY systems, and/or communication providers.””
“Waiver of any claim related to the use of the application.
“By using the application, users waive any claim, demand, or assertion of any kind against BMBY Software Systems Ltd. in connection with the use of the application. Users also waive any claim and release BMBY Software Systems Ltd. from any liability of any kind for service interruptions, malfunctions, and/or errors in the service and/or bugs and/or viruses in the service and/or lack of availability and/or any claim related to the information and/or the storage of information and/or the retention of information, including loss of information. BMBY Software Systems Ltd. shall be exempt from any liability for any damages, losses, or expenses and/or for any disruption in the information displayed in the systems and received through the application.
BMBY Software Systems Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.”
